Work and Repairs

6/11/01

This isn't much, but I put in a clamp to hold down the battery. When I got the car, the battery was held down with a rubber cord and cushioned with a rag, a piece of wood, and an old upper radiator hose. I think the clamp is much better.

Work I Need to Do:

Some engine components need to be cleaned and the valve covers should be painted. I should also clean the air cleaner.

I need to replace the vacuum canister. There's nothing wrong with it, but I think a larger one, maybe from a Continental will do nicely. There's alot of vacuum powered stuff in that car, like those cool headlight covers.
